Kids First has been a trusted partner for Northern Beaches families since 2007. We specialize in helping children overcome learning, behavioral, social, or developmental challenges while fostering confidence and independence.
We know firsthand how stressful it can be to care for a child with unique needs. Many of our staff have walked that path themselves, which allows us to provide compassionate, practical, and informed support.
Our team of speech therapists, occupational therapists, child psychologists, and teachers work under one roof, collaborating to create tailored therapy programs that address the full spectrum of a child’s needs.
Since opening, we have helped 19,536 children and supported 6,604 parents, organizing community events and workshops to educate and empower families across the Northern Beaches.
We provide a wide range of services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology counseling, disability support, assessments, and early intervention programs, all designed to meet individual needs.
Founded by teacher and best-selling author Sonja Walker, Kids First grew from a personal mission to provide accessible, high-quality support to families in the local community.
